Privacy policy
Effective August 5, 2026 · applies to this website and the Solera waitlist
The short version: we do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use — not now, not for prospective users on our waitlist, not for users of the app when it launches. We collect the minimum we need and use it only to contact you about Solera.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the name and email address you enter — nothing else. Browsing this site requires no account, and we set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your name and email are used for one purpose: to email you about Solera — your invite when the app is ready, and occasional updates on its progress. Every email includes a way to opt out.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any use of their own. We build no advertising profiles from your data.
Service providers
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of providers to operate, and they process data only on our behalf, only to deliver their service:
- Web3Forms delivers waitlist submissions to our inbox. Your entry passes through their service and is not used by them for anything else.
- Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces, so your browser sends Google a standard font request (which includes your IP address) when the page loads.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep waitlist entries only as long as the waitlist exists. To be removed, reply to any email we send you and ask — we'll delete your entry and confirm it's gone.
When the app launches
Solera the app will hold your allergen profile — health information we treat as sensitive. A full policy covering the app will be published before launch, and the commitment above carries over unchanged: your data is never sold and never shared for third-party use.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date; if a change affects how your data is handled, we'll email the waitlist first. Questions? Reply to any email we send you.
